Great Videos. Probably the simplest explanation of the bubble I have seen yet.

This is a great tool for new home buyers that may be a little uneasy due to not really understanding the current state of the market.

I agree with Lou. I sometime get carried away explaining everything that has happened to get to this point. When for the average person the complete story is not important. The idea that funds have dried up and banks made shacky loans has cased this recession. We will get out of it and the turn around will happen quickly as inventory gets burnt off. By the time prices start rising again (the only real signs that the bottom hit) many of the best properties will have been bought up.
