I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

Gone are the old blogger days wit the simple blogs. I see some of these real estate blogs and I think that they are more impressive than websites of the past. Automatic property updates, MLS listing, and RSS feeds populate these blogs.

Thanks for the tip Cal - I have passed on that link to a couple of estate agent friends in the UK who I think would really benefit from thinking more about their online visibility thru a blog…

Yes, you have a very impressive blog. With regards to social sites, my story is that I place an article on my site and a similair article with the same keywords on wannanetwork, and within 24 hrs wanna over took my #1 ranking on Google. The power of social sites.

It’s amazing the kind of traffic that can be generated from a web 2.0 site. I heard that being on the front page of digg can generate 10,000 visitors to your site. This has caused some black hat seo guys to take advantage of the system and digg their own submission. Luckly, Digg stopped that.

“good for putting out other information as well” I totally agree with this, as this days we get so much valuable information regarding real estate from the blogs. Today almost every real estate agent has his own blog.
