Oceania Penthouse in Gulf Shores, Alabama features some truly awesome features.

Oceania Penthouse P14 was featured on the cover of the Spring 2008 Condo Owner Magazine.  Yesterday we had the opportunity to tour the property and it was truly awesome.  We could see huge fish and schools of stingrays swimming along the beachfront as we soaked up the visuals of the gulf front condo.  Additionally, the view of the lagoon to the North also gave us a soothing experience.

The living room area of the condo faces the sugar white sands of the Gulf Shores beach.  This living area is two stories with walls of windows.  We arrived about 1:00 PM and as the sun moved to the West a bit of glare was neutralized with the push of a button as sheer blinds lowered themselves leaving a view of the beach and a muted lighting effect in the living area.

We were really blown away though by the home theatre!  This theatre seats 16.  The thought occured to us that this would make a great recording studio for musicians and songwriters that need to get to a laid back environment to find their creativity.

Another interesting element of the Oceania Penthouse is just how “Wired” it is.  Almost everything in the unit can be operated off site via the internet.  We won’t delve into all the details as it was really too much to soak up, but for those that are into electronic gadgets there is a huge network room that connects all of these gadgets together.

I didn’t realize Alabama had such nice beachfront property. Those condos look like something special. Sounds like a vaction resort, but for lucky people those are homes..

Real estate investing is basically investment concerning land and anything that is fixed to it. In general, it is purchasing, owning, managing, leasing, or selling any real estate property. This kind of investing has always been popular to those who have money as it is capital-intensive You might want to visit this as well http://bit.ly/2Lqxet

Alabama has waterfront, who would know? I knew of Mobil Bay, and Mobile… but it looks as a broker you need to have neighboring states as well. You are probably licensed in Florida, Georgia too?

Thanks Terry!
Yes, we have some of the prettiest white sandy beaches in the world and have many bays and the intercoastal waterway connecting them all. So not only do we have great beaches, we have great boating opportunities both inshore and offshore. Come check it out!

I think having the home completely wired up to the Internet would probably be the biggest selling point for me. I know someone that has his thermostat hooked up so that he can adjust it from his web browser and it is pretty cool, albeit arguably pretty lazy too ;)

Sounds awesome. Views of water seem to sell well up here.
It’s just a little colder in Nova Scotia! Good luck!

These condos look amazing! I never thought Alabama would have such modern real estate. When we think of the South, we normally don’t think of beautiful beaches…This was refreshing to see! Thanks for the post.

I agree that the “wired” aspect of the home is very interesting. It seems like being able to control the home from afar would be extremely attractive to anyone looking to invest in a vacation property or second home. If you can’t be at the condo 365 days a year, it would be nice to be able to make simple adjustments yourself, without having to have a friend or caretaker come in.

Alabama is really beautiful – the beaches, the places, the rivers, the city! I want to have a vacation in Alabama. Someday, I will.

I never really thought about Alabama as being this spectacular. It’s always over-shadowed by Florida and California and many other vacation spots outside of the US. I will definitely have to do some research for that area and if everything else measures up, then I might be traveling there soon. Thanks for sharing the great information.
