Curb appeal is pretty big in this market. There are simply too many homes on the market for your home to have poor curb appeal. If the buyers don’t like what they see when they drive up to the house, they will move right along to the next one. I am also seeing a lot more homes that have been staged.

Hey Cal - I have a question regarding the Keller Williams setup. From talking with my other Realtor Clients, it seems they charge a pretty hefty fee for granting Realtors the right to Don the KW Moniker. Is this true?

Kevin Sandridge’s last blog post..When is a 5.5 Percent Mortgage Rate Really a 3.96 Percent Rate?

Not at all Kevin - here is some information you may find of interest - http://www.gulfshoreslife.com/join-keller-williams-realty-alabama-gulf-coast.php

In fact, there is a spreadsheet we have available for agents to plug in their numbers and see what is right for them. We are all about building business and within business it is all about the numbers!

I just finished reading Shift myself and have to say that it is full of very good ideas. I particularly like the sections focused on buyers, and moving them off the fence.
