I wonder if the oil spill is going to create a problem with real estate in the Gulf area. You would hope that the condo market would be ok, but I’m scared. I’ve read that there are not supposed to be any economical repercussions because of the spill, but I don’t believe it.

The only only thing we lack in Nova Scotia is your good weather!

Have you seen evidence of the oil spill in your area? I visited my Aunt years ago in Mobile and remember the pristene beaches. It would be a shame to see them coated with oil.

Not yet Sam. Keep your fingers crossed.

I am concerned for you and others about the oil spill as well. I have a feeling it will affect not just tourism, but buyers. And what has been said about what will happen and where the oil will go in the event of a hurricane. One is bound to hit the Gulf somewhere this season.

I hope the oil spill does not affect these areas. These are beautiful condos.

I was also curious about the ramifications of the oil spill. Even if there are no actual physical ramifications, wonder if public perception will result in decreased interest/sales. I hope not.

Like the others I am wondering how the Gulf oil spill will be playing out in the real estate market, tourism market, shrimping market and health issues. It must be a tough time right now for real estate agents where you’re located.

That is the quintessential palace! One whole side of the condo must be all windows. I would love to see the inside of these.

14 Homes Sale San Diego June 27, 2010 at 10:38 pm

I see that the general features says three bedrooms, but the top of the listing says four. Are two million dollar high rise condos moving down there? That rivals San Diego real estate prices in the best neighborhoods. Must be a nice unit!

I have not seen anything on the news about the oil spill there…How is it going for you there? It appears that your real estate business is thriving. Keep up the great work!

Much bigger than I would have imagined by looking at the building exterior. I didn’t realize how beautiful the Alabama shore is. Good luck to you.
