Sounds like there is strong demand for units that seller’s price appropriately. It’s good to see buyer’s coming back into the market. I think this trend will continue if/when condo financing guidelines are relaxed somewhat.

Having properties appropriately priced will bring buyers. It is easy to watch for values to pop up and when they do, they don’t stick around long.
