Great post! It’s refreshing to see Real Estate agents buying into this technology. If there’s one thing we know for certain – WARNING… Cliche coming….

It’s that shift happens!

It is great to see KW, Using the internet they way they are. So far in my area i dont have to compete with them yet. Alot of the people that rank are agents and smaller companies.

I read shift and thought it was a good book. Although all it did is confirm my thoughts on the market change. I expect that the next few months will be really rough and rather lean. Then when I make it through the trough I will be to busy to think.

I am reading Shift now. I seems to be a good book which I expected as I already read millionaire and Flip.

I need to go pick up this book. I am trying to teach folk lead generation. My major trouble is getting my agents to follow up with my leads.

I feel your pain! Check out Mitch Ribacks follow up plan. A very simplified internet lead follow up plan. You can implement it with your leadmanager very easily. I am going to start drips to agents reminding them what to do and asking for a weekly and monthly follow up report. No report, no new leads.

I haven’t read shift. But I have a feeling if I keep focused on the internet and working on lead conversion I will have made the SHIFT.

Read it Carolyn!

I have SHIFT on order. I find lead conversion more challenging that lead generation.

Conversion is just as important as SEO, I am still working on that. I can understand SEO, but conversion is a completely different animal.
