If you have been thinking of buying real estate should you be getting off of the fence?

Check out the Today Show video interviewing Ron Insana about his new book titled “How to Make a Fortune”.

If you watched the entire video, you probably heard Ron Insana say now is the absolute best time to buy a home. His comments are directed at both buyers looking to buy their primary residences and investors looking to buy foreclosures and investment properties.

Is it time for  real estate buyers and investors to get off of the fence and into action?

There was a deeply held belief that all real estate buyers agents were after the commission first, and serving their clients second.

I completely agree. For first-time home buyers I don’t think there will be a better opportunity for years. My wife & I decided to purchase our first home in the Fall. The tax credit was our big “push” off the fence.

Who hasn’t dreamed of owning property in the tropical splendor of Florida?
Right now, there are incredible deals available on lavish Florida property:
beachfront villas, luxurious condos & apartments, stately mansions. These are the kind of homes that used to be available only to millionaires, but now they can be had for prices that allow anyone to get in on this dream.

Sounds like a very knowledgeable guy. I totally agree that investors may have lost money in 2009 if they foreclosed on their home, but if they bought a property and are still hanging onto it, they’ll get their retirement investment back.

There won’t be a better opportunity to buy for years. These vacation homes are also awesome to stay at during the winter seasons.
