Paracel Custom Home Builders has chosen Keller Williams Realty to list, market, and sell homes in their newest South Baldwin County location, Palmer Place II

Paracel Homes brings a fresh approach to new home construction in South Alabama by providing the custom home experience to consumers with a track home budget.

Paracel allows customers to customize their home by providing them the freedom to alter existing floor plans and exterior elevations to meet their specific needs.  Paracel also provides customers with a vast selecion of interior and exterior design options.  Homeowners can choose their exterior elevation, brick, shingle color, carpet, tile, vinyl, cabinet style and finish, and two solid surface counter top colors.

Paracel also provides unmatched storm protection through the use of the Go-Bolt rod tie-down system.  With tropical storms and hurricanes being an annual threat to our coastal communities in South Alabama, this system provides much needed security from storm winds that reach up to 140 mph in strength.  The Go-Bolts system provides wind protection that exceeds current Alabama Buiding Codes.

Interesting concept of altering floor plans with the builders I wander how far the plans can be altered without the planning permissions being affected.
