What are we going to do with Andre??Well, If we lay-off Andre, then we might as well lay-off, the Internal advisor,product development manager and logistic manager – I don’t see what they will be doing when he leaves…lol

This is so true that companies have too many managers standing around while most of the grunt work is being done by the Andres, but upon a slow down those grunts are the first to go.

We deserve to laught even the global crisis is still there. Many are still affected. It’s going to it’s stable stage but it will still take a few months to years. Things are getting better, but still there’s still more things to catch especially with real estate businesses.
