Thanks for the information. I have a feeling Alabama is poised for a recovery either next year or in 2012. A slight decline is still likely, but we’re pretty much near the bottom.

I heard that Alabama is doing better than a lot of other markets right now. I hope so. I have a buddy who bought a lot from me in Beaufort SC and as soon as he sells his house in Alabama he is on the way. Good luck and if I can be of any help on the SC coast just let me know.
